The magnificent, secluded Rocklands desert landscape is famous among boulderers from around the world. The area is found in the Cederberg Mountains and was discovered and developed by climbers such as Todd Skinner and Fred Nicole. The outstanding quality of the sandstone can primarily be attributed to its immense age of around 440 million years.
